Indonesian Muslims appear to have been praying in the wrong direction according to the Ulema Council.
Rather than praying to Mecca somehow they managed to get their direction wrong and pray to Somalia in Africa. With Ramadan coming up, for those in Indonesia wishing to sight the moon its the round white thing up in the sky or specifically when first sighted the Crescent. I always find a compass rather useful.
